Herbal Root Ritual - Grounded Nourishment

A deep, earthy herbal infusion inspired by the roots, flower, and plants traditionally used in seasonal wellness rituals. 

Rooted Renewal brings together dandelion root, milk thistle, red clover, and marshmallow root, and goldenrod. 

Earthy roots and bitters are softened by floral botanicals, creating a cup that feels like a return to the garden - simple, grounded, and intentional. This blend was mindfully crafted to pair with a turkey tail decoction for additional immune, gut, and liver support.  

Botanical Blend: dandelion root, milk thistle, red clover, marshmallow root, goldenrod

Tasting notes: earthy, mildly bitter, grassy, floral finish

How to brew: use approximately 1-2 teaspoons per 8 oz of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm.

To make a turkey tail decoction: bring to a boil 10-15 grams dried turkey tail mushrooms per 4 cups of water, then simmer for 30 minutes - 2 hours to extract their full medicinal compounds. Mix some of this decoction in your steeped tea. Save the rest in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one week to mix with your other favorite teas, mushroom coffee, or drink.

Sample Size:  0.5oz (approximately 4 - 5 cups). Naturally caffeine-free.
